CANCELLATION POLICY – EFFECTIVE JAN 1ST 2024
48 hours notice must be given for cancellations or any changes to the services you’re booked in for. We send a confirmation text 3 days prior to your appointment with an itemized run down of what you’re booked in for. Please read this carefully and inform us if any changes to be made.
MORE THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES:
Your deposit paid will be transferrable to your next appointment. No further fees will be incurred.
LESS THAN 48 HOURS NOTICE FOR CANCELLATIONS/ CHANGES:
Your deposit paid will be used as a cancellation fee and a new deposit will need to be paid to secure a future appointment.
NO SHOWS:
Failure to give notice and not show up to your appointment will result in losing your deposit and the remaining full amount of your missed service will need to be paid as a cancellation fee before we can arrange a new appointment.
No shows and last minute cancellation severely impact our business as it means we’re unable to fill the appointment. We put a lot of effort in to ensure our clients get plenty of notice for their upcoming appointments. Our cancellation policy is in place to protect our business and our talented team.
We understand last minute things happen which can be out of our control. We will always do our best to be understanding and help make arrangements for our guests if this is the case.
We regret to inform repeat offenders who cancel last minute will not be given the option to book appointments in the future.
DEPOSITS – EFFECTIVE 1ST JAN 2024
ONLINE BOOKINGS:
Our online booking system will take a 30% deposit for all appointments. These deposits are transferrable if you need to change your appointment.
Deposits paid online come off your total on the day of your appointment.
PHONE/ IN PERSON BOOKINGS:
A $50 deposit will need to be paid to secure all appointments. This $50 will come off your next appointment unless you fail to give 48 hours notice for cancellations / changes to your appointment.
All deposits are non refundable. Only transferrable to another appointment.
SALON ETTIQUETE AND CONDUCT:
This is a friendly reminder our salon has zero tolerance to any rude/ disrespectful behavior displayed towards our team members. We understand people can ‘just be having a bad day’, we have them too! We do, however, always go above and beyond to give each guest in our salon the best experience possible. We offer silent appointments if you prefer minimal talking and we will be respectful of this is your choice for your appointment.
Inappropriate behavior/ conversations directed towards any team member which makes them feel uncomfortable or intimidated will result in no longer being able to book any future appointments at our salon.
